Act Your Faith Boldly!

For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (2 Tim 1.7)

The bible is full of inspiring accounts of certain people who displayed outstanding boldness and audacity in the face of tough times of opposition. The young Israelite lad, David, fearlessly challenged and defeated Goliath who had terrified everyone including King Saul (1 Sam 17:4-11). Every one must have known of the covenant God had with Israel, but only David dared act on his knowledge of the same. He acted his faith.

Knowing and believing what God has said about you in His word is still deficient until you consciously take action, on the basis of that knowledge! You must act your faith boldly! Faith is action added to the Word of God that you have heard and believed.

No action, no faith! Faith without corresponding action is dead(James 2.26). The Christian life is a participation in divinity, and to fully experience this, you must be bold to act your faith. Recognize and take advantage of the dynamic ability of the Spirit that is at work in you.

The Apostle Peter understood this and boldly commanded a man that was lame from birth to rise up and walk: ’’Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk’’(Acts 3:6). And when it looked as though the man wasn’t going to respond, Peter, the Bible says,’’took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. And He leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking and leaping ,and praising God” (Acts 3:7-8).

The Bible says,’’ the righteous are as bold as a lion’’(Prov 28:1); there is a supernatural power at work in you that produces divine courage. So like Peter, be bold to act your faith today! Be bold to address Satan and negative circumstances in the Name of Jesus and expect a change.
Much more grace!!!
