Equipping for Ministry

The Global Light Foundation School is a place where members are taught the basic doctrines of Christ. They are equipped for the work of ministry.

The bible also admonishes us in Ephesians 4:14- ‘we be not children tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine…’ hence the need to equip the saints.

Knowledge is vital, and it marks the difference between success and failure. To have a successful Christian life, you require the basic knowledge to equip you for this walk with God. In the class, members gets the opportunity to learn in detail about what we believe and why. It gives them the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers to life’s questions.

The Foundation School is a compulsory part of the church ministry with clearly defined objectives which can be built upon to live an effective and fulfilling life.

To prepare you for the ministry of reconciliation.
To enable you grow, by increasing in the knowledge of God’s word (1 Peter 2:2).
To correct any erroneous ideas that you might have had (Eph 4:11-14).
To present you perfect in Christ Jesus. (Colossians 1:28).

Structured as a 10-week program, the Foundation School offers new members and converts a profound understanding of the teachings, allowing ample time for thorough study of the Word. This deliberate duration ensures a deep comprehension of the curriculum, fostering a strong foundation for spiritual growth.

The Foundation School is tried and tested and has been proven to work in any location and for any Global Light church size.
